We’re looking for an experienced Product Costing Senior Specialist who will join our client – an international production company located in Słupca. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership of Product Costing Process: Taking full responsibility for managing the entire product costing process.
• Financial Business Partnership: Collaborating with management teams by understanding COGM/COGS results and effectively communicating the product cost narrative for the month.
• Cost Driver Evaluation: Analyzing and measuring relevant cost drivers to efficiently manage manufacturing costs and enhance plant performance, thereby creating and preserving value.
• Relationship Development: Establishing and maintaining relationships with data and process owners to ensure adherence, improve costing processes, and standardize practices.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Challenging the status quo and actively contributing to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our broader finance team.
• Independent Complex Issue Handling: Addressing complex issues independently with minimal supervision, escalating only the most intricate matters to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant product costing experience.
• Essential manufacturing experience, including a solid understanding of manufacturing cost drivers.
• Fluency in English.
