Looking for a self-starting business PM with good English (daily cooperation with the headquarters, status meetings, reporting), knowledge of infrastructure topics is welcome - work in Business Development Department

Profile:- 5 years of experience- Ability to manage complex projects (project/program) with a focus on maintaining the highest quality- Ability to delegate tasks and manage project teams- Knowledge of the full project management cycle from initiation to stabilization and closure- Skill in risk management- Skill in producing and managing project plans- Ability to create and present management materials- Independence- High communication skills,- Relationality (ability to establish relationships with different personalities),- Multitasking,- Very good organization of work,- Possess knowledge of budgeting and project accounting- Knowledge of MS office, Jira and Confluence- Working in different teams depending on the project

General Tasks:- Management and quality assurance of ongoing projects- Supervision of project teams (resource planning, delegation of tasks, billing of work)- Managing all stages of the project: from feasibility study to closure- Managing scope, risk, issues, change, schedule and communication (within ongoing projects)- Preparation of materials for Board Members and presentation of project results- Cooperation with External Suppliers.- Overseeing the completion of information on the progress of strategic projects- Taking notes of meetings with project stakeholders and other strategic meetings- Updating and analyzing project data (status reports, results, risks, milestones, dependencies, financial data), generating management reports
Main tasks:

• Conducting projects in the fleet area, mainly back office

Team coordination:

• IT - cooperation with internal architects and external suppliers.
• Project team - analysts, testers.
• Business - operational representatives from the fleet area (often without project experience).

Key requirements:

• Reporting experience - regular statuses to the business owner, management, headquarters.
• Ability to ask difficult questions - assertiveness, maintaining the project direction, taking care of business interests.
• Experience in independently managing large projects with responsibility for the budget

Current project (in progress):

• Implementation of a platform for fleet customers and an application for drivers.

New projects (start Q3):

• Integration of the document and process management module - Salesforce.
• Process expansion – adding new functionalities (details to be specified).

Project team:

• Analyst, Test Lead, Architect
