Program Implementor (f/m/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical Point of Contact (POC) for program integration activities
- Install and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and servers
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and troubleshoot issues
- Implement network security policies and maintain technical documentation
- Support development of engineering objectives to meet customer needs
- Review Statements of Work and define program requirements
- Provide technical oversight of requirements, architecture, and design trade studies
- Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOM) and procurement activities
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and material work packages
- Contribute to proposal efforts and program documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams and external suppliers, providing technical support to users
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience with air and missile defense systems is an advantage
- University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information systems or similar areas
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Experience with Integrated Product Support
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Familiarity with Cisco devices and Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Willingness to travel domestically (once a month for 1-2 days) and internationally (occasionally)
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
