For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Package Consultant SAP HANA SCM SD
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Location: 100% remote Length: 0,5 fte (around 20-24 h / week) with possible to extendStart date: September 2025Rate: up to 264 PLN/h
Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of selected business process requirements and deliver appropriate system solutions
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
• Recommend best practice-based solutions and tools to the customer
• Identify and propose business process improvements and potential system enhancements
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements
• Work independently and provide consulting services with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and the retail industry
• In-depth knowledge of retail functionality in S/4HANA (IS-Retail)
• Strong expertise in SAP Logistics, particularly in SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management)
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
• Fluent in Polish and English
