We're looking for an experienced 4P / Go-to-Market Manager to fill a new role in Category team of our client.

- Defining and executing a long-term business strategy for the hardware product category.
- Efficiently managing and overseeing the product lifecycle.
- Managing pricing and distribution policies, offering and negotiating terms for product launches.
- Taking actions based on skilled analysis of trends, competition, and internal data.
- Continuous planning of sales and promotional activities (demand forecast shaping) on a short and long-term basis.
- Accountability for achieving business objectives including sales results and category position in the market.
- Collaborating with internal and external clients, including European and global business teams, regularly presenting business status updates for the assigned product category.
- Working with various management systems including SAP environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in an independent Product Manager role.
- Cross-functional experience and understanding of sales execution, marketing activities, supply chain, and broader financial processes.
- Analytical thinking skills, ability to draw conclusions, build short and long-term assumptions and goals, present them, and execute them.
- Ability to search for new solutions and market segments, systematic observation of the competitive environment, initiating changes, and openness to modern technologies.
- Quick learning ability, good memory, systematic approach, sense of responsibility, initiative, action-oriented attitude, and commitment.
- Acceptance of a constantly changing environment and many challenges, good time management, ease of communication, goal orientation.
- Fluency in Polish, at least good knowledge of English.
- Stable employment based on an employment contract.
