Job Title: Operations Manager

Place of work: Hungary (close to Budapest)

For our client, a European leader in transport and logistics, a provider of multimodal transport solutions and logistics services (road, rail and sea) we are currently looking for a Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• To manage the employees of the operations department of the office, taking into account the competencies of the employees involved.
• To achieve optimal results with the employees involved and to provide a pleasant working climate for all employees.
• To manage and contribute to a correct settlement of all transport orders of the customers of company, linked to the administrative and operational activities of all employees involved.
• To maintain a correct and timely flow of communication between employees and hauliers / drivers, in order to achieve optimal performance and maximum return.

Qualifications

• Educated to a solid economical education
• Leadership and management skills
• Vast experience in the Transport planning domain
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
• Good command of Hungarian and English language
• Strong communication skills and innovative mindset
