For one of our clients, a global company that is part of the "Big Four" auditing company, we are seeking an Banking Operations Specialist with proficiency in French.

Your future role:
• Manage complaints in adherence to French legal and regulatory frameworks,
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with French consumer protection laws,
• Engage with regulatory authorities to resolve disputes efficiently,
• Utilize CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for tracking and managing case documentation,
• Provide detailed and structured documentation to support case resolution.

Apply if you have:
• 2+ years of experience in a law firm or a bank,
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English,
• Ability to manage complaints under French legal and regulatory frameworks,
• In-depth knowledge of French banking regulations and consumer protection laws,
• Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Salesforce),
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation.
