For our Client, an international company from FMCG (food) industry, we are currently searching for experienced Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of Plant Manager dedicated to greenfield project, new production plant which will be located in area of Szczecin. 
We are looking for a Plant Manager to accompany the construction, commissioning and management of the entire plant.
Role & responsibilities:

• Managing the overall project from the development phase to start of the production 
• Managing the food production plant in all production- and technology-oriented activities and tasks. This includes production planning, organization, control and monitoring
• Taking part in creation of organizational structure, selection of managers and employees; having overall responsibility for the employees 
• In order to measure growth, success and progress, defining KPIs and deriving efficient performance management from them

Required profile:

• Background / high technical degree in food technology with proven several years of professional experience within the industry
• Experience as a Operations Manager, Plant Manager or similar 
• Experience in setting up production plants or greenfield projects
• Management experience of large numbers of employees
• Very good technical understanding of systems in food processing plants
• Very good English or German knowledge
• A strong hands-on mentality, affinity for IT and management of production processes
• High degree of initiative, pragmatism, willingness to take responsibility and ability to work under pressure
