- Managing office
- Arranging company events
- Dealing with Polish authorities, suppliers
- Managing real estate assets
- Assisting MGT & Support with ongoing tasks
- Internal controller tasks
- Relations with foreign suppliers, world wide
- Limited invoicing tasks
- Limited bookkeeping tasks (training will be provided)
- Debitor follow-up
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
Wymagania
- Relevant education or training (administration, accounting, finance), and/or at least 3 years experience.
- English skills, written/spoken
- Organised and tidy. Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experienced with MS:Office or similar
