Responsibilities of the Role

• Manage and develop the company’s real estate portfolio in Poland, with a long-term perspective of expanding the scope to include international properties as the role evolves.
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive real estate inventory (land, industrial, commercial, and residential properties).
• Administrative and technical verification of properties, including coordination of regular technical inspections.
• Identifying potential tenants and investors, conducting negotiations, and managing lease agreements.
• Coordinating modernisation, renovation, and development projects, including managing contractors and tenders.
• Supporting real estate acquisition processes and identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, tenants, and other key stakeholders.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of multinational experience in property/real estate management, facility management, or a similar role.
• University degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Polish, knowledge of German will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of property administration, real estate regulations, and building maintenance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel as part of the role, both within Poland and abroad.
