Migration Manager

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing migrations within the Shared Services to ensure the smooth integration of new processes and 
• systems
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to 
• ensure that the migration is completed on time and without issues You will ensure that all migrated processes are efficient and designed according to the latest best practices
• You will communicate with the involved departments and external partners
• You will oversee and allocate resources throughout the entire 
• migration process
• You will proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that may arise during the migration process
• You will conduct training sessions for employees regarding new 
• systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption
• You will ensure comprehensive documentation of the entire  migration process and provide regular reports to management

Our requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in 
• migrating Shared Services or integrating systems and processes University Degree in Business Administration, Business 
• Informatics or other related field.
• Experience with migration tools and techniques, as well as strong knowledge in process optimization and automation
• Excellent English skills and German as additional advantage
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to manage and
• engage stakeholders throughout the migration process
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various departments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and address risks
