We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Accounts Payable Representatives  to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in German, we want to hear from you. 📞💬
Position Details:

• Experience: Up to 1 year in accounts payable or a related field 🕐
• Language: Fluent German
• Salary: 6000 – 7000 PLN gross 💰
• Contract: Employment contract (umowa o pracę) 📄

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and payments 📄
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial data 📝
• Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies 🗣️
• Assist in month-end closing activities 📅
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ✅

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field 🕐
• Proficiency in German
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 🧩
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment 🏡
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus 📊
