Job Description:
- Reviewing construction plans to prepare or verify quantity surveys for payments, cost estimates, planning, and progress reporting
- Preparing interim payment certificates
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other departments
- Managing the financial and contractual control of subcontractors’ accounts
- Reviewing and assessing subcontractors’ variations and claims
- Improving and implementing best-practice commercial processes
- Supporting the procurement team with RFQ packages (e.g., providing BoQs)
- Assisting the cost team as needed (e.g., providing cash flow forecasts)
- Supporting the tender team as needed
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
As for the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Graduated from the Civil Engineering department of a university
- 4–5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- A broad understanding of work contracts
- A working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work Packages
- Ability to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and drawings
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent command of both Polish and English, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Proficient in using Excel and AutoCAD
