For our client, a banking company, we are currently seeking individuals with proficient knowledge of English for a position related to customer service.
Responsibilities in this role will include supporting corporate and business clients from around the world who invest in investment funds. This involves answering additional questions, resolving any issues, and forwarding them as needed.
We are looking for individuals with prior experience in finance, an interest in investment funds, and a passion for working with people. Fluency in English is also required.
