Your new role 
Within this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be providing explanations in relation to customer issues and gaining and maintaining Client confidence and organization’s trust by developing efficient relationship.

What you39ll need to succeed 
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English and additional European language - German, French, Italian, Spanish (both on C1 level). Previous experience in financial company will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
