For our Client, a banking company in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for a Fund Accounting Team Leader.

Within this position you will be responsible for managing a team of about 10 people, reviewing their tasks, managing productivity and team39s results, maintaining sufficient process knowledge, trainings. You will also be preparing reports for clients, cooperating with senior management.

We are looking for candidates with very good knowledge of English and experience in fund accounting area. Previous experience in people management and leadership position is also required. Knowledge of Private Capital will be a strong asset.
