As the Senior DevOps, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and
leading our DevOps efforts. You will lead a team of skilled DevOps
engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
the seamless deployment, scalability, and reliability of our

projects, both in Poland and internationally, where you excelled

***** Tasks:

* Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and
testing, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and
reliability.
* Manage and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure,
leveraging your expertise in both environments.
* Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to
guarantee the availability, performance, and security of our
systems.
* Utilize your Solutions Architect and DevOps Architect experience to
drive best practices in designing and optimizing system
architecture.
* Implement containerization and orchestration solutions, such as
Docker and Kubernetes, to enhance system scalability and
manageability.
* Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues,
maintaining high availability.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive
continuous improvement.
* Establish and enforce DevOps best practices and standard operating
procedures.
* Lead initiatives to enhance security, compliance, and disaster
recovery strategies.


***** Job requirements:

* Proven experience as a DevOps professional, with significant
experience in Solutions Architecture and DevOps Architecture roles
in on-premises and cloud environments
* Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins or
GitLab CI/CD
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Ruby) for
automation
* Hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud platforms -
Azure (AWS, GCP nice t have)
* In-depth knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as
Terraform or CloudFormation
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot
complex issues
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative
approach
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent experience)
* English B2
* Polish C1
