Your new roleAs a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high quality, scalable and secure custom software solutions tailored to business needs. This role ensures the stable operation of critical applications, contributes to continuous improvements, and supports the implementation and lifecycle management of internally developed solutions. The Senior Developer leads projects, mentors junior developers and ensures adherence to best practices. Working closely with IT and business stakeholders, the Senior Developer connects requirements with solid technical solutions and contributes to the overall software development strategy of the Custom Solutions team. Advanced technical skills, problem solving, leadership and strategic thinking are essential to success in this position.
Main responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in .NET framework, DevOps and related technologies
• Solid understanding of software architecture and internal standardized design patterns
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing
• Familiarity with Umbraco or other web CMS development framework and technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps development or similar cloud platforms
• Preferred familiarity with Salesforce development framework and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Experience in application monitoring, performance tuning, and support in a production environment
• Knowledge of ITIL4 processes is a plus, especially in relation to software development, incident and change management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and component teams
• Effective communication skills and the ability to translate technical topics into business context

What you39ll need to succeed

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and components using .NET technologies, Salesforce platform, and Umbraco web CMS platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level application support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Participate in deployment activities, including preparation, execution, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to software documentation, including architecture, design, and operational guides.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure quality and alignment across systems.
• Support the definition and refinement of development standards, practices, and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when relevant.
• Coordinate and facilitate external and subcontractor deliveries to ensure design authority.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
