As a Senior Front End Developer, you will serve as a trusted advisor on BI-related matters and lead the development of advanced Power BI solutions that meet strategic business needs. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the BI back-end team, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into clear, scalable, and user-friendly dashboards and reports.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the design and implementation of complex data models for BI platforms
Develop and deliver advanced dashboards and reports that support strategic, data-driven decisions across all levels of the organization
Act as a senior liaison between business and IT, translating high-level needs into scalable, intuitive BI solutions
Collaborate with BI back-end developers and data engineers to ensure performance and consistency
Apply UX/UI best practices to create user-centric, impactful visualizations
Drive BI training initiatives and promote self-service analytics
Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot front-end reporting issues
Contribute to large-scale BI and digital transformation projects with a focus on innovation and optimization
Ensure quality, governance, and standardization across BI solutions

What You Bring

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including complex data modeling using DAX, advanced report development, custom visual creation, and performance optimization techniques.
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), particularly Tabular Models, and their integration with Power BI.
Strong command of T-SQL and relational database concepts, including indexing, query optimization, and data integration from multiple sources.
Proven experience designing robust data models that support self-service BI and enterprise reporting use cases.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and data visualization best practices, with the ability to design user-centric, intuitive, and actionable dashboards.
Hands-on experience with stakeholder collaboration, including requirements gathering through user stories, prototyping, and iterative design validation.
Strong communication and presentation skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or working in regulated environments is an advantage
A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
