- Your goal isn’t closing deals — it’s opening doors for the Sales team.
- Make 30–40 outbound calls daily to initiate first contact with potential clients.
- Serve as the initial touchpoint for the company, building rapport and trust.
- Present the company and value proposition briefly to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the Sales team (target 2 per day).
- Keep CRM updated with client interactions and lead information.
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on client needs.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Polish – native or C1+, clear pronunciation, no strong accent.
- English – ideally B1–B2 (used internally; customer communication primarily in Polish).
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to deliver a short, structured, and confident initial pitch.
- Comfort with high-volume calling (30–40 outbound calls per day).
- Experience in call centers or pre-sales positions is highly welcomed.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-focused and fast-paced environment.
- CRM proficiency (logging calls, outcomes, and meeting details accurately).
