For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Position: Fullstack Engineer UX/UI
Location: Hybrid work from Warsaw or Katowice (3 days per week in office)
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Rate: OPEN PLN/h net on B2B


We’re looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to join our team. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks, particularly within the React ecosystem. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• 5+ years of experience working with backend technologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Go or Java.
• Solid experience deploying and troubleshooting applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• A solid grasp of DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a semi-remote, globally distributed team.

Bonus points for:

• A curious mindset and a collaborative attitude, with a passion for mentoring and helping others grow.
• Advanced programming skills in Go.
• Experience building distributed, reactive systems.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (RDBMS).
• Familiarity with message-oriented middleware such as Kafka.
• Experience working with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing new features and components.
• Building and maintaining JavaScript/TypeScript web applications.
• Optimizing web applications for performance and scalability, including browser rendering analysis.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving performance issues.
• Writing automated tests to ensure business requirements are met.
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards.
• Collaborating closely with clients, customer success teams, and QA to gain insights into project needs.
