We offer:

• employment contract for 6 months with the opportunity for extension,

Tasks:

• managing or supporting event request from proposal to the execution of the event,
• delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (or exceed) expectations,
• setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities,
• liaison between Production staff and technical staff (internal or external) for all live events,
• manage the link between Event team and Digital team (for Digital events in particular),
• establishing and developing client and supplier relationships,
• managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently,
• providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your immediate peers,
• anticipating risks and proposing alternative solutions,
• travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events, for technical parts and/or overall on a case-by-case basis,
• being responsible for own project budgets from start to finish,
• ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery,
• ability to work under hard pressure and with a high degree of independency.

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years experience on similiar positon,
• Master’s degree,
• multi-project management experience, strong organizational skills and ability to top-perform under high pressure,
• customer centric attitude and way of working,
• problem analysis and problem resolution with strong attention to detail,
• stakeholder management experience, including executive management,
• proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and productivity tools (Teams, Planner),
• excellent negotiation skills,
• English proficiency (additional language desirable, such as German or French),
• willngness to travel within Europe for an event project,
• curiousity and ability to adopt.
