For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
OCM Lead / Organizational Change Management Lead
Location: remoteJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Sector: pharmaceuticalRate: 130 – 165 PLN net + vat/hLength: long-term cooperationStart date: ASAP/1 monthWorking hours: standard business hours

Tech stack:Microsoft Office, Google Suite, OCM, PROSCI
OCM Expert (10+ years); there are 2 projects in the Portfolio to act as OCM Lead

What will you do:

  • Driving cultural and technical change needed to build, rollout and advocate in order to realize the Platform Strategy
  • Leading the creation of the the change impact assessment and change definition
  • Conducting the stakeholder analysis and developing the OCM strategy and OCM plan
  • Establishing and kicking-off internal stakeholder engagement (program team, domain, chapter)
  • Contributing to any stakeholder management (e.g. MSP) as necessary
  • Creating and stewarding any necessary training and knowledge transfer plans

What we expect from you: 
  • Knowledge of technology devices or consumer device lifecycle a big advantage (e.g. having worked with HP or a supplier to bring devices to customers)
  • Ability to navigate and manage senior stakeholders is a must. 
  • At least years +5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management program design and implementation, leveraging change management principles, methodologies,and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goalsand objectives.
  • Successful experience working in a multicultural environmentand building strong networks.
  • Proactive self starter; effective in both team settings and asan individual contributor and ability to handle multipleassignments and tasks independently/with minimalsupervision.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or tech industry is a plus
