DevOps / System Architect – Czech Republic

Ready to take your technical skills to the next level in a client-facing, leadership-oriented role?

We are currently seeking experienced System or Software Architects (4–8 years) based in the Czech Republic who are passionate about technology and eager to grow into managerial positions. Project management experience is a strong plus, but the real key is technical excellence paired with outstanding communication skills and fluency in English and Czech.
What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as a bridge between clients, internal technical teams, Google/Microsoft, our sales team, and senior leadership
Ensuring top-tier delivery across all stakeholders through coordinated planning and execution
Performing billable technical tasks within projects or independently
Serving as a Technical Account Manager by identifying new business opportunities among existing clients

What You Bring

Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Looker)
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), covering data, infrastructure, and security — mastery of at least one is required, and awareness of others is expected
Personal preferences or expertise in other tools (e.g., GitLab, Terraform) is welcomed
A pragmatic, flexible attitude toward tech stacks, with an ability to adapt based on client needs
We need someone who managed scaled companies.
