We are looking for candidates that are interested in extending their skills in the area of intercompany, asset accounting, purchase requisition tasks with daily use of German and English!

Accounting Clerk responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly financial statements
Responsibility for the creation, modification and maintenance of master data records
Answering questions related to asset accounting, financial accounting and financial statements
Support in asset accounting and in the procurement of capital goods
Support in the reconciliation of receivables and payables between companies
Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for accounting 
Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)

Purchase Requisition Clerk responsibilities:

Checking the order documents for formal, arithmetical and guideline-compliant correctness
Creation of purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM) as well as processing of the workflow up to the final purchase order
Independent qualification of procurement, i.e. checking the delivery and performance for call-off or necessity of commissioning by the purchasing department
Intensive coordination between stakeholders via e-mail and telephone
Coordination with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) in the event of escalation or deviation, including active tracking of orders and ensuring fast cycle times.
Supporting the development of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions
Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)

Requirements:

Education: Completed commercial vocational training, or a degree in the field of economics or comparable
Experience: AC role - Initial professional experience in the field of accounting is desirable, as well as a strong affinity for numbers and accounting/ PRC role: Initial professional experience in the procurement or purchasing process would be valuable
IT skills: Good handling of MS Office, experience with SAP R/3 desirable
Languages: Good knowledge of German as well as good written and spoken English
