We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Service Representative to join our investment funds team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our investment team. Understand client needs, address inquiries, and provide timely responses.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts, including processing transactions, handling documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Investment Support: Assist clients with investment-related queries, such as fund performance, portfolio updates, and investment strategies.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and other internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and identify opportunities for streamlining client service procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines governing investment funds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in client service, preferably within the investment funds industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of investment products, fund structures, and financial markets.
