Azure Scrum Master

We are an international recruitment agency founded in 1987, present in Poland since 2014. We specialize in recruiting for permanent and temporary positions. Our headquarters are located in Poznań, and we also have branches in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław.

Currently, we are looking for Azure Scrum Master with English language skills for one of our globally-reaching clients from the technology field.

Tasks:

• Ensure efficient tracking, prioritization, and timely delivery of work within the Azure Cloud Services team.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the Azure Platform Lead, engineering team, product managers, and operations team, reporting to the Engagement Manager.
• Develop and implement a hybrid Agile process, incorporating Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and train the team accordingly.
• Be responsible for overseeing the engineering delivery lifecycle and defining metrics for continuous process improvement.
• Maintain backlog health, plan and manage Agile ceremonies, and provide management reporting for data-driven discussions.

Requirements:

• Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, along with proficiency in Azure cloud services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
