As an E-Learning Designer, you will take the initiative to produce high-quality, error-free content that aligns with specified project requirements, aimed at enhancing the performance and learning outcomes of client employees. Collaborating closely with program managers and subject matter experts across diverse fields, you will skillfully translate their expertise into engaging and effective learning experiences, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to project guidelines and meet the needs of the intended audience. Your role bridges the gap between specialized knowledge and practical, impactful education.

What you will do:

Work with the BE team to identify and assess training needs, develop learning objectives, and design effective learning experiences.
Design, write, and build a range of high-quality learning content that will engage users and drive intended learning outcomes.
Distil complex concepts and procedures into clear, engaging communication.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other Instructional Designers to gain alignment on content direction and ensure accurate content.
Create and maintain learning assets for on-demand content, including video scripts, narration/voice over tracks, storyboards, assessments, and course maps.
Follow the ADDIE (assess, design, develop, implement, evaluate) framework to design and update learning solutions that enhance the learners’ knowledge and skills.
Create and maintain learning assets for instructor-led content, including facilitator slides, facilitator notes, classroom activities, and assessments.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Skills & Experience:

BA degree in Instructional Design / related field (e.g., Technical Writing, Educational Psychology, Communication Studies, etc.) OR equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience in instructional designing, content writing, storyboarding,
Proficiency in English at min. C1 level (written and verbal)
Experience of working with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.

Good to have:

Superior writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
Experience with the Evolve authoring tool and Intellum LMS.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Audition).
Experience with video production/editing and recording/editing voice-over audio.
