• Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Storage).
• Integrate, consolidate, and transform data from Finance, ERP, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, creating scalable and reliable solutions (Data Lake / Lakehouse).
• Ensure data quality, performance, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
• Shape and expand our data platform – main hub for master data, reporting and advanced analytics
• Collaborate closely with analytics experts across the division to provide the necessary infrastructure and data sets for reporting and advanced analytics.
• Participate in the ongoing optimization of data workflows and contribute to the overall data strategy.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 1–3 years of experience in a Data Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure data services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure Storage.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, etc.).
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage (collaboration with data analysts).
• Experience in working with data from Finance, ERP, Sales & Marketing /eCommerce is a plus).
• Excellent business English and Polish (C1) are mandatory; German language skills would be a plus.
• A strong team player mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
