For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Business Financial Analyst

Team & project:

• Team are acting as a pot-technical development of the platform (they want to migrate other )
• You’ll be part of the Asset Management Integration Office reporting to Workstream Lead. 
• You’ll be working with a collaborative team of professionals who take pride in delivering high quality, high impact work to our stakeholders.
• Integration project. Fee flow operations model-challenge-this model is a target operations model.

We’re looking specialist to: • Own and execute individual work packages to implement the target operating model independently, under guidance of the workstream lead.• Independently run analysis on complex topics, and compile concise documentations/ presentations to enable relevant bodies to take decisions.• Analyse current business process and workflow and document, refine and execute work-packages to implement the target operating model.• Be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the project(s) business analysis and requirements.• Collaborate with SMEs and Technology team within UBS and external providers to ensure requirements and designs reflect accurate process flows and proposed changes are fit-for-purpose.• Be responsible for documenting functional design, resolves technical and solution design issues collaboratively with SMEs and Technology Teams.• Support workstream lead and SMEs with dedicated analysis tasks and data mining activities.• Support workstream leads and subject matter experts with creation of presentation materials.• Assist workstream leads and subject matter experts to set up and run workshops, deep dive sessions and lead information gathering, data collection and data migration processes.• Strong leadership, sound analytical skill and change management capabilities to work independently on transformation, improvement initiatives• Liaising effectively with senior stakeholders, SMEs and Technology teams on complex problems• Understanding of key tools – GITLAB, JIRA and agile practices an added advantage
What we expect from you: Must have:

• Fund operations experience, fund accounting (needs to understand fund structure, how fee flows)
• Experience in processes descriptions
• Gitlab and blueprint-needs to understand
• Strong coordination role
• Strong communication skills
• Talk with Senior management

• Strong business analysis experience in Asset Management• Experience in fund operations a/o a fund administration• Good finance a/o fund accounting knowledge• Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and execution skills.• Ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver to deadlines.• Highly driven and motivated with a can –do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization.• Eager to learn and to solve complex problems.• Fluent in English both written and spoken, other European languages are a plus.• Ideally college educated with bachelor’s in Science, Management or Finance
