Responsibilities:

• Lead the country administration and payroll team to deliver services according to the service levels agreed with the client
• Proactively provide to a country required competence and lead solutions and initiatives implementation
• Maintain and develop payroll competence in your team with targeted on the job coaching and training
• Resolve first level and escalate, when necessary, follow up on the status of outstanding issues
• Manage the continuous improvement of proces
• Recruit competent new co-workers
• Take an active role in coaching and developing payroll staff knowledge, skills, and competence
• Be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading
• Closely cooperate with Project Leader to secure migration plan for transferring
• Active participation and coordination in relevant project deliverables

• 3 years of professional experience working in HR/payroll department
• Min. 1 year of experince in team management
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of another European language would be an asset
• Independence, ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
• Very good communication skills
• Orientation towards achieving the intended goals
