For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Engagement Specialist / Communication Specialist

Location: Warsaw 

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: long-term cooperation

Rate: to 130 PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: 01.04.2024 

Remote work: currently – 100% remote, 

Methodology: Scrum

We are looking to hire a communication and engagement person to support one of the informatics teams (Domain). A person would be located in the IPS Chapter (Informatics Partner and Success) together with all other colleagues with similar capabilities.

What will you do:

• Employee Experience - Engages with employees on all levels and ensures a good employee experience and a great place to work
• Communication Management - Defines and leads communication tactics & efforts according to the needs of the organization supporting the Employee Experience and Engagement aims. Supporting the leadership team with senior communications.
• Business/Stakeholder Engagement - Engage the business to understand the needs and deliver what it expects from the organization. Ensure consistency in stakeholder engagement across the organization;
• Represent the organization to the Communications/Engagement network
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal proven experience is a must.

What we expect from you:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in working with international companies (ideally, in pharma/science sector); [the companies with 20k > people, well-known]
• Experience in working with business; communicating with Leaders, Managers 
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills partnering with Group Communications 
• Advanced English: strong B2 / C1 
• Proactiveness
• Communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Excellent time-management skills

What would be a plus:

• Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics or related
• Knowledge of VMware products and public Cloud solutions is welcome
