***** Oracle Financials (ERP Cloud) Solution Architect (System Support

***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Key Business stakeholders and IT Leadership in
defining and executing solution architecture for Oracle ERP
* Ensure that solution strategy and roadmap are aligned with the
overall business strategy
* Combine deep business experience and technology expertise to deliver
innovative solutions
* Evaluate business needs and recommend solutions which helps
achieving set of business goals while maintaining standards and
minimizing risk
* Maximize business value through integration and optimization of
processes
* Influence both the business and the IT communities providing
suggestions and recommendation for technology enabled solutions to
business needs


***** We expect you have:

* At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Business Systems
Management, Information Systems or related field.
* Extensive experience in Oracle ERP based solution architecture
management (8+ years will be highly expected).
* Extensive experience in business systems service deliver, product
management, or similar role (8+years will be highly expected).
* Solid foundation in computer science, engineering, or related
technical field.
* Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on
resolution of complex problems
* Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the
business and the IT communities.
* Fluent English and Polish, command of any other language will be an
advantage.
