***** Position description:

* Building vision of product through customer feedback, market
research and stakeholders
* Possessing thorough understanding of end-to-end customer experience,
integrations and dependencies
* Leading, managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams,
business partners and stakeholders
* Assessing value, developing business cases, and prioritizing
deliverables to focus on value and align with product strategy
* Getting detailed level of requirements from stakeholders/customers
in partnership with the Business Analyst and clearly communicating
these to the necessary members of the team
* Leading delivery team towards vision with regular check-ins and
adjustments based on new data
* Promoting continuous improvement of product features post launch
* Creating and maintaining product backlog and sorting the backlog
items according to priority
* Managing 2+ well-resourced delivery cells


***** Skills / knowledge / experience:

* Working with agile and highly motivated team
* Minimum 4 years of experience in working in a multinational company
* Engineering background in software development
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to manage agile, cross functional delivery teams
* Strong estimation and planning capabilities
* Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and generating
insights
* Understanding of the supplier and competitor landscape and what is
required to generate a competitive advantage
* Commercial acumen
* Ability to present to senior level management
* Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
