    Customer Success Engineer - KRAKÓW

    The Customer Success Team at Skipjaq is responsible for all things customer related.
    It begins with onboarding and educating new customers, then mapping out a plan for
    deployment within an organization, and driving any issues to closure in order to
    bring customers online quickly with a high degree of engagement, ensuring that they
    are loving the Skipjaq product.
    As a member of the Customer Success team, you'll be assisting in the onboarding of
    new clients, providing quality assurance and diagnosis of technical issues and
    sustaining and optimizing the performance of our customers. This role requires a
    diverse set of skills, including those of a developer, account manager and technical
    writer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Onboard new customers to the Skipjaq product.
    * Work with customer technical deployment team to setup, configure and test customer
    applications.
    * Plan, direct and coordinate new client set-up, including relationship building,
    overall assessment, and evaluation of client needs during onboarding process.
    * Deliver an exceptional on-boarding experience to each new customer that results in
    a rapid implementation effort and a satisfied client with solid foundational
    knowledge of the product.
    * Track on-boarding milestones and deliverables.
    * Proactively identify potential issues and devise contingency plans.
    * Maintain expert technical knowledge of current products and tools.
    * Provide first-line technical and troubleshooting support through the customer's
    implementation.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    * BS/BA degree or equivalent
    * 3-5 years' relevant experience
    * Prior experience in Professional Services, Technical Customer Support or * Customer
    Success preferred
    * Skilled at problem-solving, and ability to navigate challenging situations in a
    professional manner
    * Customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service-oriented
    * Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to think "outside-the-box"
    * Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows)
    * Experience in Java/J2EE
    * Experience with Linux command and bash scripting
    * Experience with JMeter
    * Knowledge of virtualisation, cloud management and cloud platforms such as
    OpenStack, vSphere, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

    ***Willing and able to travel to customer sites.
