Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage release and order processes, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Respond to customer inquiries and relay them to relevant departments.
- Identify suitable freight forwarders through internet research and exchanges.
- Negotiate transport prices, handle orders, and address invoice discrepancies.
- Optimize the network by evaluating and expanding the pool of transport service providers.
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish.
- Very good knowledge of Slovak/ and or Czech.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Navision.
- Customer and service orientation.
