Your main duties will include:
- building and managing a team of claims settlement experts
- oversight of all day-to-day activities
- supporting active Clients and looking for new ones to expand operations in Poland
- setting up guidelines and KPIs, supporting the team with the most difficult cases
- coordinating with HQ
Requirements:
- at least 8-10 years of experience in claims management
- experience leading and managing a team
- very good English (B2/C1)
Nice to have:
- experience setting up a new team or department
