For our clients, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
RPA Developer
Work model: hybrid, 2 days/week from office in TychyJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Rate: openStart date: 1st of August

We are looking for a self-reliant RPA Developer to join our IT team in Poland. This is a brand-new role in our structure, so we’re seeking someone who is not only well-versed in the technologies required, but also understands business needs and can propose effective automation solutions using UiPath.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement process automation using UiPath
Automate processes across Finance, HR, and Logistics
Example tasks: creating business partners, generating and distributing reports, controlling, data processing, cross-location data transfers
Collaborate with business teams to analyze and optimize processes
Create technical and user documentation

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as an RPA Developer (preferably with UiPath)
Understanding of business processes – experience as a business analyst is a plus
Background in manufacturing or automotive is a strong advantage
Communicative English (collaboration with teams in Italy, Spain, and Mexico)
Independence, good organisational skills
