Group Finance Process Excellence Expert

Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:

• Standardize and optimize finance processes.
• Map financial processes and drive continuous improvement culture.
• Identify and coordinate processes changes and process automation.
• Support implementation of new tools, systems and solutions.
• Coordinate compliance of financial processes with corporate policies, accounting. principles and internal control requirements.
• Lead projects to implement new principles.
• Streamline processes across the company.
• Collaborate with internal clients to implement system changes.
• Train users on new processes.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Measure progress.
• Make decisions based on evidence.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Practical knowledge of finance, accounting principles and practices.
• At least 6-7 years of practical experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, can clearly explain and present problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
• Experience deploying process excellence models.
• Ability to manage stakeholders.
• Experience leading improvement workshops.
• Knowledge of data analytics and Power BI.
• Knowledge of process automation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Very good command of spoken and written English, German is a plus.
• Good organization of work and the ability to work under time pressure, self-starter.
• Certification, such as Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.
