• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of mechanics, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance reviews
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to ensure team members develop technical skills and adhere to company standards
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee campervan repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues or complex repairs
• Monitor stock levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring availability to meet operational needs
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and negotiate cost-effective purchasing agreements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement cost-control measures
• Track and report on workshop performance metrics, including repair turnaround times and budget adherence
• Propose improvements in processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, preferably in campervans or similar vehicles
• Knowledge of stock and spare part management systems
• Budget management experience and a results-oriented approach
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Eligible to work in Germany
• Valid driver's license
• Confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory)
• Available on weekends and public holidays
