• Prepare monthly financial reports for management
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead monthly financial performance monitoring
• Escalate any financial issues to management
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
• Collaborate with members of the accounting and product controlling teams
• Prepare reports for business leaders to drive monthly financial results versus expectations
• Manage SG&A monthly/quarterly forecast process, driving risks & opportunity management for the business
• Own SG&A corporate restructuring reporting and trend analysis, headcount and labor cost management, optimization initiatives and forecasting

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or accounting
• Business processes understanding
• Excellent time-management skills
• Confidentiality and orientation on safety
• Collaboration and independent work skills
• Advanced English knowledge
• Excellent financial and quantitative skills
• Ability to learn quickly with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
