- Closely monitor and support our partner onboarding process.
- Ensure partners are fully aligned with our “How to Do Business with EC POWER” guidelines.
- Respond to and forward direct leads from Poland.
- Provide input for local marketing initiatives in Poland, including translations.
- Qualify new partner leads.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
Wymagania
- Experience within the [specific industry] or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative.
- Strong understanding of the sales and investment process in Poland.
- Ability to manage technical projects in collaboration with partners.
- Skilled at translating local challenges into actionable solutions.
- Capable of planning and working independently as a travelling sales representative.
- Comfortable working on the go.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Fluent in Polish (preferably native level).
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a clear advantage.
- Highly structured, with strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
- Committed to contributing to EC POWER’s strong collaborative culture.
