The role involves driving sales performance for BD’s, including NKAMs and RKAMs portfolios, while taking responsibility and demonstrating autonomy in managing an European cluster

• Air&Ocean Europe BD’s Sales performance measurement vs sales targets : Regularly assessing performance to ensure we meet or exceed our goals
• Sales Compensation calculation : Ensuring accurate and timely compensation for BD’s team based on their achievements
• Monthly dedicated Air&Ocean Head reporting KIT : Providing comprehensive monthly reporting to facilitate informed decision-making
• Monthly Pipeline monitoring : Tracking the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and address potential bottlenecks
• Monitor Sales challenges to motivate teams : Supporting, monitoring, and motivating the BD’s team in overcoming Sales challenges."
• Targets Lines : Support and guide BD’s managers in defining budget lines after portfolio’s relocation

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in sales performance analysis and reporting
• Very good knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, KPIs, management reporting)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience in sales compensation calculation and target tracking is a strong asset
• Ability to prepare monthly management reports and monitor sales pipeline
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
