• Hire warehouse staff for the warehouse facility.
• Keep track of your team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the team.
• Plan, manage, and optimize all logistical processes in our warehouse (goods receiving and shipping).
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration between departments.

Your area of responsibility includes managing and working with key performance indicators to increase economic efficiency.

Wymagania

• You have extensive professional experience in the field of warehousing.
• Knowledge in English/Chinese (1 of these languages).
• You have good knowledge of and contacts with local warehouse workers.
• You possess a strong sense of responsibility as well as exceptional communication skills.
• You are an organized person, reliable, and demonstrate high commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
• You act with a forward-looking approach, having the courage to think outside the box and to reorganize.
