Head of Lower Elementary

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced educator to lead our Lower Elementary (Pre-KG to Grade 5) division while maintaining a reduced teaching load (16 lesson hours/week). This role combines leadership, curriculum oversight, and pastoral care as a Homeroom Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee faculty, curriculum development, and student support in Lower Elementary.
• Coordinate school events, parent communication, and teacher evaluations.
• Manage resources, duty rotas, and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and school psychologist.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in elementary education.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to IB/PBL pedagogies and multicultural learning.
