• Design onboarding screens, paywalls, splash screens, landing pages, and websites for AIBY’s products
• Collaborate with Growth Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers, and Product Designers to align design strategies with business goals
• Enhance and maintain the company’s design systems
• Explore new UX approaches, iterate on your designs based on data insights and user feedback gathered by the UX Research team

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Expert proficiency in Figma; After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator mastery; some experience with Lottie
• Strong design portfolio showcasing real-world projects, including consumer mobile apps and/or web products, onboarding flows, and paywalls
• Ability to work in diverse visual styles
• Clear communication skills
• Passion for work and continuous learning
• Knowledge of Russian — fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
