For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Senior SAP FICO R2R Consultant
Location: remote / WarsawBranch: project in IT sectorJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 monthsRate: 150-175 PLN/h net on B2BStart date: ASAP, max 1 month notice periodWorking hours: Business Working HoursRemote work: 100% remote, work trips (2 days once a month) Methodology: Scrum

Tech stack:SAP S/4 Hana, SAP R2R, SAP FICO, SAP ECC
Project:Migration of SAP ECC to S/4 Hana Project for a large client from the IT / Telecom sector
What will you do:

• Lead the design and optimization of Record to Report (R2R) processes within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements
• Analyze current financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to financial reporting and accounting processes
• Configure SAP S/4HANA to support R2R processes, including general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial closing
• Develop and execute data migration strategies for transitioning financial data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Oversee the testing of R2R processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide training and support to end-users on R2R processes and SAP functionalities, developing user documentation and training materials as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP R2R processes, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and optimizing financial processes within SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) or related modules is a plus
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP environments is preferred
• Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)

What would be a plus:Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics or related
