About the role

This is a consultative B2B sales position for a technically minded professional who can understand customer production processes, identify their needs, and recommend the most suitable equipment. Our machines are premium solutions, so the role requires the ability to communicate not only technical performance, but also long-term value in terms of product quality, process reliability, and total cost of
ownership.

Our portfolio mainly includes equipment for:
  • mixing, dissolving and dispersing
  • wet grinding / bead milling
  • industrial tinting
  • liquid filling
Typical customer segments include:
  • paints and coatings
  • agrochemicals
  • pharmaceuticals
  • chemical industry in general
  • related process industries
Key responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales on the Polish market
  • Actively identify and acquire new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer production processes and application requirements
  • Recommend suitable technical solutions from our portfolio
  • Prepare technical and commercial quotations
  • Present equipment and explain its technical and economic value
  • Negotiate business terms and close contracts
  • Cooperate with suppliers and internal teams on technical clarification and project follow-up
  • Monitor the market, competition, and investment opportunities
  • Maintain sales pipeline and customer reporting in a structured way

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

Candidate profile

We are looking for a person who combines B2B sales capability with technical understanding.

Must-have
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Technical secondary school or university degree (preferably chemistry, process engineering or a related field) or good praxis in the related segments
  • Good understanding of industrial customer processes and the ability to discuss them with clients
  • Ability to sell premium technical solutions based on quality, performance, and long-term operating cost benefits
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Native-level Polish
  • Advanced English – spoken and written, including business and technical communication
  • Willingness to travel extensively across all of Poland
  • Driving licence
  • Independent, proactive, and responsible working style
