Sourcing & Procurement Specialist-Senior

Key Responsibilities:  
• Manage category procurement, including supplier relationships, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing 
• Execute international sourcing strategies, analyze markets, negotiate contracts, and mitigate supply risks  
• Lead complex RFx processes, including e-sourcing events, contract negotiation, and legal coordination  
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports to identify cost-saving and service improvement opportunities 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing priorities and develop annual strategies  
• Ensure business needs across categories are met with a clear and effective procurement strategy  
• Support procurement excellence initiatives and process improvements
Requirements:  • +5 years of experience in international procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management (preferably in a multinational company) 
• Fluency in English (min. C1, additional European language is a plus)  
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sourcing tools (f.e.SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Market Mojo) 
• Strong analytical skills for cost and market trend evaluations  
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
 • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix organization  
• Strong contract management and problem-solving abilities  
• Capability to operate effectively in an international team and work constructively with suppliers
