Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
Responsibilities:
- manage software licenses, financial quotations, and order processing for internal and external customers,
- coordinate and book trainings for global customers,
- ensure professional communication with customers and team via phone and email,
- prioritize and resolve customer requests in a timely manner,
- collaborate with multiple departments, including Technical Support, Sales, and Product Management.

Requirements:
- excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation,
- self-driven with initiative and a focus on process improvements,
- advanced English proficiency (written and spoken),
- customer service experience, preferably in an international role,
- proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of SalesForce and Oracle being an advantage.
